Meet Dr. Rachel
Dr. Rachel believes that true healing starts from the inside out—and that the most powerful way to create lasting health is to remove interference to the nervous system, allowing the body to self-regulate and self-heal as it is innately able to do. Releasing unresolved stress patterns held in the body is essential for allowing healing to happen. As a Level 2 certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner, Dr. Rachel supports clients of all ages to reduce mind-body stress and regulate their nervous systems, which leads to lasting change in physical, mental, and behavioral health.
Anything from anxiety to addictions, or headaches to gut issues, Dr. Rachel has seen firsthand how stress imprints in the nervous system—and how powerful it is to finally release it.
Using NET, she helps adults let go of long-held patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode, without having to relive trauma or force behavioral change. Teens regulate their emotions and navigate social pressure with more ease. Children sleep better, connect more peacefully with siblings, and experience fewer meltdowns.
Whether you’re dealing with physical pain or emotional overwhelm, NET provides a safe, non-invasive way to reconnect to your body’s own ability to heal. In Dr. Rachel’s care, clients often say they feel more calm, clear, and connected after just one session.
Dr. Rachel is also a pediatric and perinatal chiropractor with advanced training in brain-based, neurologically focused care for children. She is passionate about combining structural, emotional, and neurological care to support true, root-cause healing.
She is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy, and has completed advanced spinal correction and scoliosis training. She graduated summa cum laude from Life University and is a proud lifelong learner through the ICPA and beyond.
At her practice, clients often arrive feeling exhausted, misunderstood, or out of answers. Dr. Rachel offers a clear, compassionate path forward—because healing isn’t just about chasing symptoms. It’s about finally getting to the why behind them.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her enjoying all four seasons outdoors, grounded in nature, inspired by movement, music and silence.
